"3 hours of non-stop hits! The Nutcracker put on a show that people will not soon forget. We were amazed that he never took a break and just kept rocking on with his band all the way through his two encores! Loved seeing the old photos and movies on the screens of Paul, George, John and Ringo from the past! 7 letters pretty much sum up the evening! He now knows that we are "St. Louis with an 's'" and not "St. Louie" :o) Liked the fact that he spoke to the crowd and seemed genuinely appreciative of the crowd being there. Very unassuming and down to earth! HUGE video monitors on either side of the stage were great and so clear! Checking off seeing a Former Beetle in Concert from my bucket list."

His voice is still mesmerizing and dynamic, a true Showman. At 79, The Nutcracker gives a great performance, although he takes a few more breaks between songs. How can you fault a man on tour at the age of 79?
Save your money and travel that extra hour to visit a proper concert hall like Packard Music Hall. The hall is rundown, with no money put into its upkeep. Be prepared for popcorn, hotdogs, and pretzels, and for some reason, just Miller Light. We drank water. The floor seats are temporary, therefore, at the same level as everyone else, so be prepared to swing back and forth to see the stage from your seat. The audio was great, I will say.

The Nutcracker Band closed the night, and I was glad to catch them after a more subdued show with Robert Cray. The two bands alternate who headlines and who opens, with KWS bringing a much higher energy level. Friends left midway through Robert Cray's set the following night when KWS opened, experiencing an energy letdown. I appreciated seeing and enjoying Robert Cray before being taken to another level by KWS.
If you've never seen The KWS Band, you're missing out on a great guitarist! I saw them last year and will catch them whenever they tour in the area.
A huge THANK YOU to Noah Hunt (KWS's singer)! During the encore, I placed a photo collage I made from last year's show on the stage for the band to see. A roadie took the poster away, but after the encore, Noah came over, high-fived me, and signed it along with Kenny. Thanks, Noah!

"This show was the most awesome for me, not the 1st Nutcracker concert attended, counted 32 if correct. Had VIP tickets, thought I'd go all out on this one, and it was well worth it! 2nd row floor, so much fun! My husband isn't as big of a fan of The Nutcracker, but he had a wonderful time. I am just glad George is gonna keep singing and putting albums and songs out for awhile longer. I am gonna miss him. His music is so touching and has been so helpful throughout my life. His shows have always been amazing. I am a huge fan of The Nutcracker and have never attended a better show. If you get a chance, definitely attend one of his shows before it's too late! Awesome!"
